Payment and Cancellation
An initial deposit is required to secure the booking of £100.00 the balance of payment should be received by us no later than six weeks before the start of the holiday, failure to so this may be regarded as a cancellation of your holiday we therefore reserve the right to re - let the cottage if full payment is not received by this date.
Please ensure booking details on the booking form are checked and are correct.
Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons stated on the website occupy each cottage.
Reservations made within six weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.
Holiday insurance and cancellation insurance is recommended however it is at your discretion.
In the event of cancellation by yourselves refunds will only be made if we are able to re-let the property and any losses incurred in doing so will be deducted from any refund. Deposits are not refundable.
In the event that we are forced by unforeseen circumstances to cancel the reservation we undertake to make every effort in securing the rental of a similar property of equal standing failing this all monies will be refunded in full.
Responsibilities
You are expected to leave the cottage, it’s fixtures and furniture in the same condition as they were found, crockery and utensils must be left clean and tidy, could you kindly report all faults damages and breakages so they can be rectified before our subsequent guests arrival.
We reserve the right to enter the property at any time should the need arise.
Please be respectful and considerate whilst staying in our cottages and not to cause any annoyance or become a nuisance to us, our neighbours and other guests. Young children should be supervised at all times.
We have the right to terminate your stay by asking you to leave if you fail to observe our terms and conditions.
